Equitable people-centred health measurement (EPHM)
Health equity is created when individuals have the fair opportunity to reach their fullest health potential. Achieving health equity requires reducing unnecessary and avoidable differences that are unfair and unjust. Many causes of health inequities relate to social and environmental factors including: income, social status, race, gender, education, and physical environment.

Would you like to help us achieve health equity for all people?

We need some data to help calibrate our personalized-measurement system.  Basically we need lots of people to provide responses to a long survey.  Having this data will enable us to personalize future surveys so they can be adapted to the specific circumstances of each individual.

This is a Nationally-funded academic research project conducted by experts that will make a major difference. Your inputs will be anonymous and not linked to you in any way as the researchers will not know who you are. This will take some time for you to provide responses (it is a long survey) so the researchers have made it easy for you to respond.  And for your time, you will have a chance to win 1 of 10 iPads.

If you are interested, you can participate by starting the survey now!
