Cambian follows an agile process for continuous application upgrades.  Work is conducted in short sprints, with planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing in each sprint. This agile approach enables Cambian to adapt quickly accommodating changes as required to ensure success. Cambian reviews underlying technologies annually and plans the technology upgrade lifecycle with strategies for long-term sustainment. Stakeholder feedback is incorporated in a continuous cycle of iteration and retrospective.  This continuous improvement approach ensures strong and ongoing user feedback.

Application Training

Cambian helps you to get up and running quickly and cost-effectively following a “train-the-trainer” approach.  This includes delivering workshops to key users who will subsequently train other users in on-the-job operations.  The workshops provide high-level overviews, practical examples, and tips and techniques on how to use the software. The workshops also direct participants to supplementary resources and reference materials. This approach is cost-effective and ensures employee buy-in for any needed changes.
